Is this a group program?

A: It is and it isn’t. You’ll be able to complete the entire program completely on your own following your own schedule. However, I have set up a group support community in Facebook to help keep you accountable and to answer any questions that pop up.  

How long will it take me to go through the entire program?

A: The program is designed to take 16 weeks, at a minimum.  Depending on your busy schedule and the things life throws your way, you may need to repeat certain weeks or modules to fully get your body reset for better energy.  This is why you have lifetime access, so that you can really make sure that your body is set up for long-term success.  

How much time per week do I need to set aside to complete the program?

A: You will need 2-3 hours per week to review the weekly email, review handouts in the Portal, and to, of course, grocery shop and do any meal prep you'd like.  I find 60-90 minutes each week to be ample time to meal prep each weekly plan.   It'll get easier with practice too.
